Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. My Instagram account is @annephung and the majority of my followers are. I share my day-to-day life, both my good and bad days. My family relocated to America. When I was of one quarter I was able to join my parents. In order to give them an opportunity to live a successful future, I focused on my goals and worked hard in order to reach it. I had a plan for my life: college graduate land a corporate job, get married, buy the house, and then have kids. My idea of success was to go to college, graduate and get an employment in a corporation. Then I'd get married then buy a house, and have kids. But life had different plans. When I was in 2013, I started anxious about going to work. job. The money and the status did not bring me joy- I felt like I was wasting my time and energy for a paycheck when I knew I was meant for more. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed having fun and helping people when I was navigating my new career path. I found my calling in personal training. My small business was started in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success in the year 2021. It is rare to find an Asian woman in this business. In the coaching industry, I want to change the world through providing high-quality training that will assist others in becoming more healthy and happy. In addition, I strive to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams and achieve anything they would like to accomplish. As my professional career took off and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the most devastating of them all. She won her eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. The universe has the ability to provide us with exactly what we need even when we're unable to grasp the lessons at the time. The loss of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance in life. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to enter her next life. I was given a second opportunity to live the life of a fulfilled and happy. At the age of 30, I have a sense of living and being alive. It's not as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to talk about my experience and thoughts. This will help you feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You are capable of getting anything you'd like to. Therapy is necessary as is regular. Health is the greatest riches. There is only one chance to live. I wish you to enjoy it to the max.
