Malin Maria Akerman Malin Maria Akerman, an Swedish singer and actress was born on 12 May 1978, in Stockholm. She grew up in Ontario Canada. Akerman was well known for her role in Watchmen and Laurie Jupiter in Spectre 2. Akerman also played Lara Axelrod in the infamous television series Billions. In the movies Guardians and Deplorability, she was renowned for her appearance in scenes that she was naked. Akerman was a popular model for a number of years prior to when she began her acting career. Her most notable role includes Silk Spectre II, in the film adaptation of Watchmen for the screen and Lara Axelrod, in the TV show Billions.
